We designed, developed, and prototyped an electric ATV cart for a client in Qatar, covering industrial design, engineering, and functional validation. The project is currently progressing toward a 1,000-unit pilot production phase.

We designed and developed injection molds for nylon zip ties used in airport operations and medical report sealing. The project involved high-volume production with precise detailing, printed identification, and material specifications as per regulatory requirements.

We developed early-stage working prototypes of a medical device for Parkinson’s disease treatment for a U.S.-based client. The project focused on functional validation, rapid iteration, and preparing the design for further clinical and engineering development.

Designed and developed high-volume production molds for a silicone charging sleeve for iPhone chargers, enabling scalable global manufacturing for a client.
